Delivery
Frog & Lilly and Baby Bella products are currently all made to order. While we attempt to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, our current turn around time is 10 days. Some products may be in stock and may reach you sooner.
Shipping is provided by standard Australia post. We use an Australia Post service to calculate the cost and delivery time based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. We then add our 10 day production time to the Australia Post delivery time. Shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed with delivery time during checkout.
You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
Frog and Lilly currently only ships to Australia. If you are interested in our products please use our contact us form and we will endevour to help you.
Returns Policy
We will happily exchange or offer a Frog and Lilly credit voucher if goods are returned to us unused. Frog and Lilly does not offer refunds. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns. We welcome any feedback about our products to help us meet the needs of our customers.
